Designed for quick and easy installation on 7/8-inch and 1-inch vertical or horizontal rails.  A steel band wraps around and grips the rail, and the convenient handle tightens the grip to support the antenna.  A rotating connection at the rail permits the antenna to be positioned vertically, compensating for a slanting rail.
