Returns

At The Rigging Shoppe we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase.

Returns must be pre-approved by the Rigging Shoppe and are at the expense of the customer. Refunds are provided to product returned to us in clean, undamaged and resalable condition only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We offer a money back guarantee on your purchase if you are not entirely satisfied.

You may return the product to us within 30 days of the invoice date and we will gladly refund the purchase price of the product (not including shipping charges).

Most special order items cannot be returned, or may be subject to a restocking fee. Contact us for further information.

Items cut to order such as rope are not refundable unless defective.

To get instructions on returning merchandise send an email message to Customer Service and you will receive an email reply containing instructions. Please include your name, phone number, and item(s) you wish to return. As well as the reason for return.
