1. Pre-approval Required
Returns must be pre-approved by The Rigging Shoppe and are at the expense of the customer.
Returns Policy
At The Rigging Shoppe we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase.
2. Condition of Returns
Refunds are provided for products returned to us in clean, undamaged and resalable condition only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. 30-Day Return Window
You may return the product to us within 30 days of the invoice date and we will gladly refund the purchase price of the product (not including shipping charges).
4. Special Order Items
Most special order items cannot be returned, or may be subject to a restocking fee. Contact us for further information.
5. Cut to Order Items
Items cut to order such as rope are not refundable.
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed in the same currency as the purchase. Shipping is not eligible for refund. Refunds require proof of purchase with your receipt.
7. Product Images May Vary
While we endeavour to keep our product images up to date, manufacturers may occasionally make changes without our knowledge. If the product you receive does not match the image on our website and you are unhappy with it, you are welcome to return it. You will be reimbursed for the product's purchase price, excluding shipping charges.
